Single room to rent in warm, lovely home located on Abingdon Road.

Abingdon Road is a beautiful and peaceful area. It is surrounded by nature but there are several things to do locally. (Cafe’s, Voco Gym, Hinskey pool) and more.

Supermarket : 5 mins walk

Bus stop : 2 mins walk

Walk to City Centre : 25-30 mins walk

The room is furnished with a comfortable single bed, as well as a large wardrobe you can use for all of your storage needs.

Upon arrival, you will receive a key for your room.
You’ll have access to a shared bathroom, which will be shared between you and another female tenant.

The bathroom includes a shower/bath, a sink and a toilet.

You will have to buy your own toiletries and preferably store them in your room to avoid misunderstandings; unless you and the other tenant come to a mutual understanding around sharing stuff.

There is an additional bathroom downstairs which will be used by me and my daughter.

The kitchen is big and will be shared by all you, the other female tenant, my daughter and I.

Upon arrival, you will receive your own cupboard, and a separate fridge space in which you can use to store your belongings.

We have a comfortable living room with 2 sofas and a dining table.

Our garden is very large and also has seating.

You are very welcome to use our living room and our garden. We are friendly and easy going and want you to feel welcome.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, peaceful and considerate.

The house comes with fast wifi and all bills are included.
