Looking for 2 tenants
to replace him and his flatmate in a double room, available from 28 April 2025 until 5
September 2025 (or longer).
Price per tenant: £215.50/week (18 weeks). The room is currently £431 per week for double
occupancy, so the re-let price will be the same weekly rate. The room can be booked by a
single occupant however, this will not change the weekly fee. All occupants must be able to
provide full time student status before creating the re-let booking. This is due to council
regulations. All re-let bookings must also make the full rent payment before moving in, with
no option for instalment payments.
It is a furnished double room for 2 students (two separate beds): fully equipped kitchen
(fridge, microwave, hob, dishes will be left for you as they are not provided by the student
residence), wardrobe, lots of storage, private bathroom.

This student residence is a 3-minute walk from the EM Normandie Campus, and includes a
gym, common area, cinema, game room (ping pong, billiards, etc.), work area and laundry
facilities. Free Wi-Fi included.
Licence agreements in this type of residence are typically for a minimum of 48 to 51 weeks:
if you wish to rent / re-let for a shorter period for an internship for example, the possibility
of taking over an existing licence agreement will enable you to commit for only 4 months
instead of 10 to 11 months.
