From Ali (outgoing tenant): After three years with my wonderful flatmate Elena in our lovely house, I am moving London for a new job, so am looking for someone to take over my share of the lease.

The Room:
- £662,50 per month (bills usually come to another £150 on top of that)
- Room comes furnished with bed wardrobe and desk.
-Move in date flexible from 15th May
Contract until December 2025 with the possibility to extend if you wish.
-£750 deposit (discount can be discussed given you’re taking over the lease)
-Near the Co-op on Cowley Rd - amazing location! 15 minute walk to city centre, good bus routes.
-Open-plan kitchen-living area ground floor, bathroom and two bedrooms on first floor.

You will be living with Elena (35) who is a postdoctoral researcher in Parkinson’s and a truly brilliant, lovely human being!
