Re-licensing my ensuite room at Student Castle (near Oxford Train Station) for the summer. A room with great views and privacy. Spacious double bed. (minimum 8 weeks. The start date can be flexible, but no later than 10th July. The end date is fixed––you will have to rent from your desired start date to 5th September.)

💷 Original rent: £256/week

(This is the price the property will charge for the re-licence agreement. For instance, if your planned move-in date is 13th June, you will be charged 256*12 = £3072 upfront by Student Castle)

💷 Reduced rent: starting from £180/week

(I can offer a refund in private––after you signed the lease with Student Castle––so that the total rent you pay will depend only on the original duration of your planned stay:

£180/week if you plan to rent for more than 14 weeks
£190/week if you plan to rent for more than 12 weeks
£210/week if you plan to rent for more than 10 weeks
£256/week if you plan to rent for more than 8 weeks)
