There is residents parking only on the street but free parking a short way further up the main road. There is a small grocery 2 minutes walk away and a pub also about 2 minutes walk.

Landlady is a retired Oxford University teacher and poet. One other lodger, a female professional on first floor.

Occasional visits from family and friends but otherwise a quiet space to study and rest. Access to pretty garden on ground floor and use of laundry facilities.
