I’m looking to sublet my double room in a 2-bedroom, newly built flat with plenty of storage space on Botley Road (near a nature reserve and a large Aldi) from Sunday, 15th June to Wednesday, 1st October 2025, while I’m away. You’ll be sharing the flat with one postgraduate student and will have access to the fully-equipped shared kitchen, modern bathroom, living room, private parking spot, and a lovely balcony.

The room is spacious and cozy, featuring a king-sized bed, a large east-facing window with beautiful views of nature, and a generous desk—perfect for working from home.

The flat is ideally located: just a 5-minute walk to Aldi, 15 minutes to the train station, a quick bike ride to the city center, and close to many cafes and restaurants in the Botley area.

The rent for the full ~15-week period is £3,100 (£800 pcm), excluding bills, which come to around £70/month (covering WiFi, electricity, and water). A one-time £600 deposit is also required, which will be returned at the end of the sublet period.
