Single Room Available 1 July-8 Sept

Comfortable single room with private sink in 4 bed shared house available 1st July until 9th September. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden with patio, all fully furnished. Very cheap rent, £464 per month. Sharing with 3 other male students (Masters/PhD at Uni of Oxford) so only students considered for council tax reasons. Current housemates are cyclists, house will likely be quiet as people are taking holidays. All my belongings will obviously be moved out.

I’d prefer the new tenant to officially take my place on the tenancy agreement (contract ends 8th September), which will require references and deposit. I will cover the admin fee for this.
