Double Room in Central Oxford (Cowley Road)

We're looking for a fourth housemate to join our lovely shared house, centrally located in Oxford just off Cowley Road (2 minute walk to Tescos and to The O2, and 20 minute walk to the city center).

You will be living with three others aged 24-25 (two female, one male). Everyone is a working professional, so ideally we're looking for a non-student at a similar age, or a post-grad willing to pay council tax. The house is considerate, friendly, and social. Everyone is happy for a chat in the kitchen, watching TV and movies together in the living room, pub trips, occasional climbing, but equally respectful of each other's privacy. We'd be keen to have a friendly relationship with our new housemate as well, but most importantly we're looking for someone clean, considerate, and respectful of our shared spaces.

Availability: the new one-year tenancy begins from 15th August 2025, but the room is available from earlier!
