Private furnished bedrooms include bed, desk, office chair, wardrobe/storage, computer monitor, safe, fan and USB-C power, with bed linen and towels provided.

The house also includes a fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine and air fryer; washing machines and heat-pump dryer; lounge with TV, sofa and games; and garden dining with BBQ/fire pit.

Secure cycle storage, bike tools and pump, plus a shared house bicycle, are also available.

Home essentials: power adapters, iron & ironing board, hair dryers, umbrellas, lunch/bento boxes, thermos flasks, hot-water bottles, first-aid supplies and basic health equipment are provided — particularly useful when arriving from abroad, with less to pack and fewer everyday items to buy when settling into Oxford.
