We have 2 upcoming rooms for rent in a friendly house share, based in Cowley. Current flatmates are working professionals aged 23-26 in various roles, who like to socialise whilst cooking and have taken trips to pub quizzes etc.

The house is conveniently located, being a 15 minute walk to restaurants/bars on Cowley Road or 30 minute walk to the City Centre. We have regular buses at the end of the road, and are adjacent to the Barracks Lane Cycle Route (~20 min cycle into Headington). 2x parking spaces will be available.

Room 1: Ground floor, double room - £570pcm. Available from 7th-10th July onwards.

Room 2: 2nd floor, double room - £615pcm. Available from 25th July onwards.

Both rooms are well sized, with storage space & table/chair included (for Room 1, a new table & chair will be provided by the landlord; bookshelf is not included).

We have 3 bathrooms (1 toilet downstairs, a shower/toilet on 1st floor, and a shower/bath/toilet on 2nd floor) in the property, with a spacious kitchen/dining space & outdoor patio.

Bills: ~£30-40 extra per month for gas & electricity (council tax, WiFi & water is included in the rent).
