Loft Studio: Self-Contained En-Suite

I have a really lovely, large, bright, airy, self-contained loft studio in my house, with its own en-suite, and cooking facilities suitable for light cooking only.

I live near the top of Divinity Road, so am well situated for Brookes, all Headington hospitals, and am close to South Parks. I'm a short walk to the Cowley Road shops, minutes away from a bus stop into town, and within easy walking distance of buses to London. It's a 20 minute walk into the city centre.

This is not a house share, so I'm looking for an independent, mature, single, female professional, who wants to lead a quiet home life in a clean and tidy house. Couples will not be considered.

The rent is all inclusive (including Council Tax, electricity, gas and water bills, as well as TV licence and broadband). There is secure bike parking space. The rent also includes the use of a communal washing machine and tumble drier.
