I have a large double room available in a beautiful Edwardian house, located in a very popular area of Oxford. Please note, the room is for single occupancy only.

All bills are included, including high-speed internet (1GB).

The property is in an excellent location—just a minute’s walk from Cowley Road, where you'll find two supermarkets, numerous bars, pubs, and restaurants. Oxford city centre is only 15 minutes away, and there’s a bus stop nearby with frequent service every 10–15 minutes.

The house currently has five occupants: 2 males and 3 females, all professionals. Since the house has two kitchens and two bathrooms, you’ll only be sharing each with two other people.

We are a sociable and respectful household, and we all get along well. The house also includes a washer/dryer for your convenience.

A fellow professional who is clean, tidy, and considerate will be preferred.
