I'm moving out my house share in September as I am relocating to my home country.
We're looking for a tidy, quiet, female
professional who would like a house share in one of the loveliest towns in Oxfordshire, also a stones throw away from Oxford city centre!
About the room:
- Double furnished room on the ground floor
- bathroom shared with 1 other housemate
- shared kitchen and living room upstairs
- private garden, not shared with other households
- ample parking with permit (permits are required 10am - 5pm weekdays, you may park free at other times). We have one parking space included with the house, but use of this just be arranged with existing housemates.
- 15 min from Oxford city centre by bus, 10 by car.
- 15 min walk from Summertown, 5 min by car.
- 5 min to bus stop , frequent bus service to and from city centre via Banbury Road.
About you:
- preferably professional but Master's and Dphil students also welcome!
- 25-35
- clean, tidy & respectful
- no couples or pets
