🔑 Tenancy Details:

This is a tenancy replacement due to personal reasons (I am moving as I plan to bring my family over to Oxford). So the new tenant will need to pass agency referencing and sign onto the joint tenancy with the existing housemates.

Joint tenancy is through Northwood Oxford Lettings Agency.

Deposit: incoming tenant pays outgoing tenant their share directly (£690). At the end of the tenancy, the incoming tenant will get the deposit back from the letting agency.
