Room in house share

Hey everyone! We (Carl, Justin, and Emma) are looking for a fourth housemate to join our lovely home in the heart of Cowley. With two living rooms, a dining room, large kitchen and garden, we really appreciate our house. It is just around the corner from Hamlin’s bakery and multiple cafes, restaurants, and pubs on Magdalen Rd. The iffley gym is also close by and it’s a 7 min bike ride into the city centre. The double bedroom comes furnished and you would share a bathroom with Carl and Emma. Rent is £616/month, plus bills and council tax. Justin (34) works in sustainability consultancy, Emma (38) works as a researcher in climate change and mental health, and Carl (29) is a neuroscience DPhil student. We have our own busy lives but enjoy doing things as a house. If you think you would be a good fit for the house, please get in touch and let us know more about yourself.
