The room is available on 26th of September 2025 on the first floor of a spacious four-bedroom house, ideally situated just a short walk from Oxford Train Station. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the Saïd Business School and Oxford city centre, making it ideal for both professionals and students.

Local amenities are just a few minutes’ walk away, including Waitrose, Aldi, Home Bargains, and several well-connected bus stops.

The house offers two shower rooms and two toilets, ensuring comfort and convenience for all residents. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, one shower room and toilet, as well as access to a garden. On the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms, a cosy shared living room, and the second set of bathroom facilities. The fourth bedroom is located on the top floor. All rooms are fitted with individual locks to ensure security and privacy.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly and tidy young professionals, and one PhD student, all in their mid-20s. The household has a warm, respectful atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone like-minded to join us.
