I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy, I’m moving out because I recently became a student and a student house would be better suited to me, but the house is lovely.

It’s in a great area, right by tesco and a 30 minute walk to city centre or a 5/10 minute bus ride. It would be ideal for professionals and would be easy to work from home, although would also suit students.

Theres a large shared living room and a garden. The current housemates are very respectful and quiet, as are the neighbours. Rent is £500 pcm with an additional £135 for bills and council tax (Band C).
