The House: Fully furnished and has
- two double bedrooms (one will be yours and one your housemate's)
- one single bedroom (used currently as a spare guest room or study)
- a study / extra room (used currently as storage)
- a large living room with a large couch, tv, dining table...
- two bathrooms - one large upstairs and one smaller downstairs
- a nice kitchen
- and a small patio at the back.
Your's Housemate:
You will be sharing the house with a clean and friendly DPhil student. They don't use the kitchen much, so you will be having it mostly to yourself.
Parking:
No private parking, but residents’ permits, free visitors' parking, and local parking options are available.
Other Details:
The total rent is 1850, with your share 925. The utilities come to about 70 - 100 per person, depending upon usage. The ideal move-in date would be late December (earlier or slightly later is okay). A current occupant is leaving the house because they have finished their studies at the uni and are leaving Oxford. The current tenancy runs till end of June, which you will be taking over from the person leaving. There should be the option to renew next year (which is a great plus given the low supply and high demand of 2-bedroom flats/houses in Oxford).
