Good wifi, quiet, independent, with all fresh bedlinen and facilities (washer/drier equipped kitchen etc) OX1 2JG. We have Pozzani water filter for bottle filling.
Room is extremely comfortable, quiet and my son, Frank, lives downstairs and is friendly and cool. I do not live in the house but I find good guests and arrange the rental calendar. I'm Frank's mother.
The room is quite enchanting, with a very comfortable bed and reading chair and much nicer than the photos suggest and..... it's bigger than it looks!.
