- Excellent city centre location – 10 mins walk to Christ Church, 15 mins to Carfax Tower, and 20 mins to the train station.
- One of the best locations I’ve stayed in during my 5+ years in Oxford – incredibly central yet peaceful, with everything you need within walking distance.

🏡 The Flat:
- Shared use of a well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and a sitting/dinning room.
- Fast broadband and all bills included.
- Fortnightly cleaning of bathrooms and communal areas.
- Garden with a lovely garden view from the room.

👥 Housemates:
- A mix of students and professionals – all friendly, respectful, and clean.

📅 Availability:
- For short term: Available 8 December – 8 February (flexible and negotiable) or
- For longer term: 8 December - 31st August (chance to renew)
