Lease takeover in Jericho OX1 2

Hi, I’m sadly leaving my lovely room after renting here for 1.5 years and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. The house is large with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a massive living room. You’d be sharing with 3 other friendly girls doing DPhils. The vibe in the house is sociable but also respectful.

The house is cosy and bright, with a brand new kitchen (with dishwasher) and brand new carpets. It’s super centrally located at the beginning of Jericho (OX1 2). It’s a 10 min walk to the station, 10 mins to rad cam and the city centre and 5 to uni parks. Although we rent it privately it’s owned by a college and they send their maintenance team around for any issues so it’s really well looked after.

The tenancy runs until August 2026. I’m leaving in December, I can be flexible with the dates so message me if you want to discuss.

Rent is £958pcm and bills are around £80pcm.

Ideally we are looking for another student for council tax reasons please!
