We are a friendly house of young professionals in a shared house with an excellent location close to South Park, Cowley Road and Oxford city centre.
This is a double room on the third floor of the house, overlooking the back garden.
The room is furnished with: double bed, desk, bookshelf, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
There is shared access to a two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen with dining area.
We have a lovely garden area, and enjoyed house BBQs in the summer.
The rent does not include council tax (band: E) or utility bills, including weekly cleaner for communal areas
Parking is on the street - apply for resident permit via council
