Cozy Victorian Double Room with Garden View

Hello!
I'm sadly moving out of my lovely room just off of St Clement's street and looking for someone to take over on/around 15th December (some flexibility)

The room is spacious and comes with lots of storage, including two bookshelves, a large desk (with a window view), a full size wardrobe with shelves inside, and a generous double bed with room underneath for suitcases. There are lots of plug sockets around the room, especially next to the bed and desk.

The Oxford Tube and Heathrow/Gatwick coach bus stop is directly at the end of the road, so easy 24/7 access to and from London. The house itself is easily within walking distance of the city centre, only a 10 minute walk to Magdalen College and 15 mins to the Covered Market and Westgate, only around 5 mins by bike.

There's a shared lounge with a large TV, along with a downstairs bathroom and large upstairs bathroom with bath and shower. There's also a kitchen with two fridges (half a fridge per person) and separate utility room with a washer and dryer. The garden/patio is very private too and is not overlooked/accessible by street so feels very secure. There's lots of solar lights so it's very pretty, there's also a barbeque and chairs/table.

You'll be sharing with 3 lovely and considerate professionals, 1 guy and 2 girls.

Bills are not included, but come to a total of around £110 every month.
