Room to sublet in Iffley, Oxford

Hi,

I’m looking to sublet my bedroom on Argyle Street in Iffley (near the Chester Arms) from January-April 2025.
The house is shared with 4 other PhD students (1 woman, 3 men) and has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. 
There are 2 bathrooms, a large shared kitchen, and living room.

The room is bright and furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe and bedside table. 
I can also leave my under-the-bed storage boxes.

Rent is £560 without bills, but with bills, the rent is usually around £620-645 (depending on how cold it is)
