I'm looking for someone to take on our penthouse flat lease as we have recently bought a house and moved out but have 6 months left on our contract that we're trying to get out of.

The flat is currently advertised on Rightmove for £1495 total per month, excluding bills and council tax (band D), but I figured there might be a couple of individuals on here that might like to pair up who won't have considered it otherwise!

The flat itself if lovely, really good condition, well maintained and very friendly landlord. It is fully furnished with nice furniture and comfy, fairly new matresses. There are two good size double rooms, both with built in storage, one with an ensuite but there is also a second bathroom that could be considered as 'almost' an ensuite for the other room. The shared living and kitchen space is really bright with a Juliet balcony, and comes with a washer/dryer (<3 years old) and dishwasher. The flat also has access to one car parking space and a shared locked bike shed. It is less than a 10 minute walk to Westgate/city centre and is in a really friendly and peaceful neighbourhood.
