Large double room just off Cowley Road

Looking urgently for someone to take over a large double room available in house just off Cowley Road 15/20min walk from central Oxford. 5min from both Tesco and Sainsburys and lots of clubs, restaurants and shops.

Not included in the photo of the room is a double sofa bed which is also included, and a second wardrobe.

I have been living in this room since August but have suspended my studies and therefore have to move out of Oxford, so I am looking for a tenant to replace me in the contract. Ideally you would start paying rent by the 11th December but a January start date would also be manageable. The contract ends in August.

Our household is clean, fun, welcoming and chill. You’d be living with all students who are often at college and/or working in libraries, but will still occasionally enjoy a pub trip out or a casual board game night in. You’d be a good fit if you’re friendly, tidy, and looking for some low-maintenance and welcoming people to live with at a low price!!

Bills are not included but we have a system set up already that we can loop you in on, they average around £50 a month. We have good WiFi service and a lovely garden.

Applicants must be students otherwise will be liable to pay full council tax of the property which is Council Tax Band D.

If you are a full time student or your income is less than £1375 per month, you’ll need a guarantor to confirm you can take on the property. Please don’t let this put you off, it’s a straightforward process and I can help you with it all :).
