Currently in the house are there professionals and a kid 6 years old- we maintain a friendly energy around the house but are also very respectful of each other's need for space and quiet. We hold shared responsibility for keeping the communal areas clean and tidy. We are all Bangladeshi Muslims.

Occupancy:
The room would suit a quiet, responsible professional or a mature student. Only single occupancy is allowed and couples are not.

Location:
The house is on a well-lit residential street that sees moderate foot traffic in the evenings. We are 8 min (walking) away from a Coop corner shop, 1 min from the nearest bus stop towards the city centre and 10 min from the large Sainsbury’s.

Transport:
There are plenty of roadside free parking spaces in front of the house and the bus to get into Oxford city centre stops either just opposite, or around the corner from the house.
