Hi, I'm Becky, a 27 year old Pharmacist, I enjoy playing hockey, travelling and watching tv/films.

We’re looking for two friendly, tidy, and sociable new housemates. There are 4 rooms in the house, we occupy two of the rooms, and there are two more currently available:

Room 1: Double bedroom with en-suite shower available to rent from January 2nd. PPCM £620. Room is furnished but current tenant would like £60 for bed, drawers, desk and chair.

Room 2: Smaller double room, available from 12th January. PPCM £605, furnished, no additional fee for furniture.

Conveniently located. Opposite South Park, very close to the Oxford tube, airport flyer bus stops, and Cowley Road, and only a ~20 minute walk from central Oxford.

This house has all amenities including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, good WiFi and on street parking for one car (permit available). We also have a pleasant back garden and garage to be able to store a bike.

Each room is available to a single tenant and not accepting students (only for council tax purposes, unless happy to contribute).
