I’m ideally looking for a professional or mature student to join me in the flat with a slight lean towards a female but male applicant will also be considered. Sorry, NO PET, NO SMOKING, SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY.
The candidate must be friendly and considerate so that we can maintain the harmony in the flat.
