I'm posting this ad for my room as I am leaving the country, moving back to India permanently.

About The Bedroom:

This room is a double-bed room on the 1st floor of a 4-bedroom house.

The room comes with a double bed, mattress, a 3-drawer cabinet, a bedside single drawer cabinet, a table, and curtain.
.
The floor is carpeted.
.
The room has 8 wall sockets out of which, 6 are close to the bed, which made plugging my laptop and phones and charges pretty easy.
.
The room has 4 ceiling lights on one switch and one hanging LED Bulb.
.
I'm leaving one of my lamps so that's there as well (if you wish yo have it).
.
The room gets ample amount of sunlights after noon.
.
The room also has a Skylight through which you can see the moon from time to time just lying on your bed.

About The Washrooms:

There are two washrooms in the house,
One on each floor.
You will be sharing the washroom with one other housemate.

Both the washrooms have a similar layout.
- Basin (Sink)
- Wall-mounted mirror
- Shower Cubicle
- Toilet closet
- Radiator big enough to hang all your life's regrets which pops up into your head while you're in the showers (please pardon my humor).
- An Exhaust Fan
- 4 Ceiling Lights
- Additional remote controlled light above the mirror (helps with shaving if you're someone who wrestle facial hair with a shaver every morning).

About The Common Hall:

The common area (hall) has a couch-chair thingy, and a cloth hanger for when it's pouring outside, and a table with 4 chairs (we like having dinner together from time to time).
The hall is where we have our thermostat and the WiFi router.

There is also an under-stairs store room accessible from the hall.

About The Kitchen:

The kitchen has most of the modern bells and whistles:
- A Refrigerator with the Fridge at the top half and Freezer at the bottom half)
- A Microwave
- An Oven
- 4 Counter-top Burners (for them real chefs!)
- A 3-speed Chimney with lights,
- Sink
- Place to dry your dishes.
- 4 Cabinets for storage
- 2 Big and 1 small drawer.

The kitchen also houses the boiler and the Washing Machine.

Thr kitchen also has a First-Aid Box, Fire Blankets, a secondary Fire-Alarm and a Fire Exit door leading to the backyard.

About the Backyard

Chill vibes + Feline friends
You will be visited by Ms. Chimnyface. She's shy and loves tuna, duck and chicken in gravy.
She will hiss at you but she'll respect you if you feed her.
The sunsets are priceless.
When the weather is lovely, we love to sit outside and in the setting sun-light.

I did attempt to do some farming but winter took it all away and now I must leave. The mint plant still lives, so yep.

The rent is paid to the lead tenant before 21st of every month, who then transfers it to the landlady.
(The landlady is a lovely person who Will send us chocolatea if we're nice :P)

Water Bill is also paid by the lead tenant, so everyone sends the amount to her.

WiFi + Gas & Electricity Bill

Wifi + Gas & Electricity bill is paid by another tenant so we send those amount to them monthly.

Council Tax

Th Council Tax is currently paid monthly by me but I'll be changing the account details as I am moving out. I'll keep you on the loop for this one once we finalize your plan to move in.

We have a house WhatsApp group where all these information are available and kept up to date.

We usually keep a recurring reminder on our phones for the bills such that we don't have to worry about missing a payment date.

I honestly love these people enough to call this place a home. The only reason I'm leaving is because I have a course in India coming up in June.
I've lived in shared accomodations for 7+ years and these folks have been the best people I've lived with so far.
Never had any issues that usually comes with shared living.

A new contract is made in August because that's the month we started renting the house.

Personality-wise I'm looking for someone who values the traits I used to describe my current housemates.
