Double room in friendly house

We are a house of professionals (a scientist, a singer and an author) looking for another professional to join us. The landlord is local, kind, very conscientious and has allowed us to make the place feel like a home (putting up pictures, choosing furniture and maintaining the garden). We're looking for someone who is also searching for a more homely house share. We tend to chat around the house and have occasional house dinners together, but also have our own communities within Oxford. The house is screened from the busy traffic noise of Cowley Road but also super close to town (10 min cycle/30 min walk).

Bills and cleaning shared equally. Bills come to around £137.00 ppm, inc. internet, council tax, electricity, gas and TV.
