A double room is up for grabs near Cowley, Oxford.

Perfect for a single occupant who prioritises convenience and peace. City centre is only a 10-minute bike ride but several buses run around every 10 minutes. Templars Square (Lidl, Sainsbury's, gyms, coffee shops) only 15 minutes walk. Cowley Road shops 15 minutes walk. The property is located in a very quiet neighbourhood far from the craze of Cowley Rd though with good access to it.

The house is in a fairly newly built area with state-of-the-art heating and insulation systems - your room will remain at an ideal temperature throughout the year. It comes with all furniture shown on the pictures except the standing desk which is mine.

Next to the room, there is a drying cupboard with an immersion heater that blasts hot air, therefore clothes will get dry overnight. The bathroom is shared between only three people.

Shared American kitchen with two fridges, microwave, oven, kettle, pans, crockery, cutleries, mugs etc. You would have your own fridge and cupboard space obviously. The garden has a bike storage area that can be accessed from the back, no need to bring your bike through the living room.

Parking space has no extra charge.

Council tax and all utilities are included in the rental price.

Current flatmates are quite social, there's a usual get-together in the kitchen on weekday evenings when everyone cooks for themselves though it never feels too busy, and everyone respects each other's need of privacy.
