We're looking for someone to take over the tenancy on our lovely one-bed flat in East Oxford. We've lived here for over 4 years and it's a truly comfortable space in an excellent location.
The flat is on the first-floor and includes a large bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and open-plan kitchen/living room. There are two large walk-in cupboards, one in the bedroom and one by the front door. The pictures we've included were taken by previous tenants.
There is a paved back garden shared with the other flats, including a bike shed. The windows at the front of the flat overlook the fantastic Oxford Blue pub, and the at the back overlook a Church on the Iffley Road.
Location-wise it's between the Iffley and Cowley Roads, so there are loads of great pubs and restaurants nearby. Noise-wise we've never had any issue from the pubs nearby. It's less than 5 mins walk to bus stops that will take you into town or Temple Cowley, and the Ultimate Picture Palace and Iffley Road Sports Centre are both within a few minutes walking distance.
Couples are welcome, unfortunately no pets. There is also no parking available.
Electricity, council tax, water, and internet are NOT included in the rent of £1,400 pcm. Council tax band B
