Lovely house with fun flatmates!!

Hello everyone. I am looking for a girl to take over a room in a 5 bedroom house on Divinity Road🙂.

Here is all the details about the house:
I have a room available on Divinity Road for April 2026. The room is fairly spacious, contains a double bed and storage space. There are 2 bathrooms in the house which are shared and the kitchen is shared also. There is a lovely garden in the house as well and there is bus connections to get around Oxford fairly easily. The house is shared with 4 other girls who are students at Oxford Brookes so the replacement tenant would preferably be a girl too as the others would like another girl to join. The girls will all be second years too so someone who is roughly in the same position would be ideal but any student can take the room if they are interested as it it a student house.
The rent is £650 per month, plus bills on top of that being an extra £40 roughly.
