The contract begins as a fixed-term agreement but will automatically convert into a rolling tenancy once the UK Renter's Rights Act comes into force on 1st May 2026. (Meaning 15th February - May will be minimum stay, and thereafter required notice period needs to be given to landlord)

Double room on ground floor
Comes furnished with plenty of storage, shelving, desk, sink
💷Bills:
Rent- £590pcm
Council tax- £81.50 each per month (looking for a non-student so that we can split the council tax evenly)
Wifi- £6.50 each per month
Gas and electricity-£32.50 each per month
Water- ThamesWater paid every 6 months
🏡House:
Warwick Street, just off of Iffley Road. Bus stops < 3min walk away, sports centre < 5 min walk away, Co-op <5 min walk away.
4 bedroom house, with living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, garden and patio
We are quite a relaxed house, but enjoy an occasional house dinner/potluck! We also have a cleaning rota for every two weeks.
👩👩👧👧Housemates (Currently 4 young female professionals):
🌺Lara: 24yr old lab technician. You will be replacing me, as I am moving cities! I can testify that the rest of the housemates are lovely!
🪴Dany: 29yr old clinical scientist trainee in the NHS who enjoys her own time sometimes but also loves a good chat/socials and is always ready to try some new hobby. My interests are all over the place, but TV/cinema, puzzles, boardgames, painting and reading are some of the ones that always stay.
📚Sameera: 26yr old analyst who loves watching movies, reading and craftsy stuff. Quite the introvert but always up for a yap!
🕺Anna: 28yr old working in hydrological research communications, enjoy a chat, cooking, swimming and dance - loves the local city farm (goats and plants 💚)
