Small terrace House, two bedrooms; one single. one double.
The owner will be away from the property, but nearby to help with house and garden if needed.

The house is a comfortable cottage style, fully fitted out as a family home, we will consider visiting families, small pets can be considered. There is a good school (4-11yrs), a park, and many children nearby.

Gas, electric, water use are responsibility of the lodger. Standing bills covered by owner. Most things you would need, we have, for example; bedding, cleaning equipment, we usually have people to stay who fly in to the UK.

Location is excellent, right on Hinksey parks with the lake, play areas, swimming pool and community centre. Very close to the main Abingdon road bus stops, 10mins. walk to town, 15 to train station. Parking on-street in front of house in semi-private road. Bikes can be borrowed.

For short term, 2months minimum, but we can negotiate if you have specific plans.
For longer bookings, we can guarantee the arrangements through to the major break points in the Oxford renting year, 1st Jan, 30th June/July/Aug/Sept, or long term for the right person.
