A small double room is becoming available in our Oxford City Centre flat on March 1st.
The room contains a double bed, and our current flatmate has a desk and a set of drawers in the room too. There is a small built in wardrobe and a window.
The room is compact but adequate for the right person.
The flat has a large shared living room , a kitchen and one bathroom .
The location is near Oxford Castle, 2 mins walk from the train station, and a couple of minutes from most city centre amenities, including the Westgate centre.
Currently the other two flatmates are female 35 and 41. We both are into natural, healthy eating, usually avoiding processed foods; although you don’t have to. We also both like yoga and have some basic gym equipment in the living room.
Council tax is £85 / month.
Electricity and gas vary, usually less (but sometimes more than) £50/ month each.
WiFi: £10/ month
Rent: £600 / month (share of the whole flat rent on a shared contract)
