5-bedroom house occupied by 3 DPhil students and 1 working graduate (2M 2F). Great group who bring a lovely inclusive atmosphere to the house.
House has a bright, large living room, 2x bathrooms (1wc, 1 shower+wc), fully equipped kitchen with large dining table, and garden shared with neighbouring house.
Bright double room with alcove desk + chair with shelving above, large wardrobe, dresser, bedside table. Extra storage space under bed.
20min walk/5min cycle -> city centre, 30min walk/8min cycle -> Oxford train station.
5min cycle-> Oxford University
10min cycle-> Old Road Campus + neighbouring hospitals
<1min walk to bus route
Close the social scene of Cowley road and a short walk from supermarkets (Tesco + Sainsburys)
I really enjoyed my time living here so hopefully someone else will too ☺️
Ideally tenancy would be transferred until September however open to discussing subletting for shorter periods if required. Bills not included
