Rent £595, bills usually around £100-£150 per month (depending on heating use etc) Minimum term of 6 months.
You’ll be living with 3 other girls and 1 boy all working professionals in our 20s. We all get along well and like to go out for dinner/to the pub together from time to time so would be great to have someone who wanted the same sociable environment.
There are 2 bathrooms shared between 5, a living room, kitchen and a lovely garden that is well maintained and we often use for BBQs etc in the Summer. On street parking available with a permit through the Council.
Location- wise, we are on the same road to a Londis and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop with buses going into town, hospital, Abingdon and Didcot. We are also next to Hinksey Park and a GP practice.
