Hi everyone! We have a new double bed room that's available for renting in Rectory Road (in Cowley, near Cycle King) with an earliest move-in date of 12th May 2026. Lease term is flexible but we prefer people who can rent it for at least 6 months.
The hosts are a lovely married couple who own 2 very cute cats. There are five people (including me) in the house. I’m a PhD student and all the others are working professionals. The new tenant would be taking over my room.
Room: spacious, furnished with double bed, work desk, heater, drawers, and closet
House: 2 bathrooms, shared kitchen, large living room
Location: Cowley, Rectory Road: 6 min bike / 20 min walk from city centre
Rent & Deposit: £850 pcm including ALL bills (heating, water, WiFi, council tax, etc.), 2-week deposit
