Modern, clean, furnished 2 bed flat in the centre of Oxford, next to Westgate shopping centre, and 10 minutes walk from the train station.
Only 1 of the 2 rooms is available. I am moving out and the other tenant is staying.
Large open shared living/dining room with lots of sunlight.
The bathroom is shared.

There is an underground carpark with bike storage. There is a single shared parking space for the flat with shared visitor parking for the entire building. The tenent who is staying at the property uses the shared parking space. Use of the shared space would have to be agreed with the curremt tenant.
The current tenancy agreement ends 2nd December (1 year let) which would have to be agreed with current tenant if you wished to continue.
I have lived at the property for just over 3 years and looking to relocate within Oxford. I am highly flexible with moving in dates, but I am ideally looking to move out as soon as possible.
