En-suite room in the center of Oxford 13/04-13/09

I am looking for someone to take over the lease of my room starting from April 13th.

The room is located in a student residence in the very center of Oxford, close to the shopping mall. The residence, Student Castle, is extremely well equipped, offering several common study rooms, a pool table, table football, a ping-pong table, as well as comfortable common areas with TVs. There is a 24/7 reception, with friendly and helpful staff / security available at all times for any questions or issues.

The residence is very secure: access is controlled by a key card, and only you can badge to access your own room. At the entrance of the residence, you also have a personal mailbox for your mail. It is also possible to receive parcels directly at the reception; you will receive an email notification as soon as your package arrives.

The lease ends on September 13th, 2026.

The room is 15.4 m² and the rent is £281 per week. It is fully furnished with a double bed, a large desk (approximately 2 meters long), a large wardrobe with a mirror, storage under the bed, and additional wall shelves.

The room also includes a private bathroom with a shower, sink, mirrored storage unit, toilet, and a heated towel rail.

The kitchen is shared with five other flatmates (currently four girls and one boy), who are all very kind, respectful, and clean.
