The space
Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining area with a large corduroy sofa, a leather armchair, a dining table that seats four, a record player, and a working fireplace. The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, with terracotta tile floors and butcher block counters. Beyond the kitchen is a small wintergarden that opens onto a sunny private garden.
Upstairs there's a master bedroom with a double bed and bookshelves, a second room with a comfortable sleeping couch (also usable as a sitting room or guest room), and a dedicated home office with a desk. The bathroom has a full-size bathtub.
