Ensuite Double Room in City Centre

A lovely double ensuite bedroom in a spacious ground floor flat right in the heart of Oxford City Centre will become available at the end of June. The flat is in very good condition and was refurbished before my flatmate and I moved in about a year ago. It has a large open plan kitchen and lounge and comes with a parking space and a garden. The flat is just a stone’s throw away from the Westgate Centre, as well as bus routes towards Headington, Cowley, Abingdon, etc.

The flat is technically unfurnished, but we have plenty of items of furniture in place already. The main things you would need to buy would be a mattress and perhaps a bedside table. The room also includes a recently purchased IKEA wardrobe, which I’m happy to sell at a reasonable price, if you would like it to stay. Of course, if you have your own furniture, I can arrange for existing items to be removed.

You would be sharing with one delightful female professional flatmate who loves going to the gym, reading, cooking, chilling out on the sofa watching TV and many other good things. We’re looking for someone friendly, warm and considerate to join this lovely flatshare and take over my part of the tenancy agreement.

The flat is council tax band B. Please note, we’re looking for a female housemate who Is a non-smoker and the room is for single occupancy only. There is some flexibility on move in date – happy to discuss.
