Double room to sublet for 2 months

Hi!

I have a double room to sublet in east Oxford, available 21 June - 14 August. I’m ideally looking for someone to take it for that whole period, or close to it.

The room has a big window, lots of light, a double bed, a desk, furniture (chest of draws + bedside cabinet + wardrobe).

The house has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, two bathrooms (one large, a second separate shower, and a second separate toilet), a living room and a patio garden. It is located on Marston Street just off Cowley Road, right next to lots of cafes, pubs, shops, bus stops into the city centre, the university gym and a bouldering gym. It is a short cycle into the city centre or up to Headington.

You would be living with 5 others, including me!

N. b. some of us are students who will have just graduated, so the house will not be exempt from council tax.
