Studio available to sublet at The Park, Oxford (from June or July )( happy to make a generous discount)
Hi everyone,

I’m leaving Oxford a little earlier than planned and looking to sublet my studio at The Park from July onwards. Happy to offer a generous discount on the original rate if someone can take it over for the remaining months.

A few honest things about living here that I’ve genuinely appreciated:

The staff are lovely and actually helpful (rare and underrated). The communal garden is a proper one, not the sad rectangle of decking you sometimes get with student housing. Bike parking is secure and easy to use. There’s a 24/7 gym just down the road, and an ALDI nearby for groceries, so everyday life is pretty painless.

It’s a great spot if you’re starting something in Oxford this summer and want somewhere sorted quickly without the usual flat-hunting drama.
