We are looking for a quiet, easy‑going and clean person to share the house. We are professional ladies, and the house has a very friendly atmosphere and is kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

Excellent access to the city centre and the JR Hospital. Only 1 minute to the bus stop, with many shops nearby. Walking distance to the city centre takes 10–15 minutes via University Parks. Very close to the Biology and Chemistry departments.

Very warm and welcoming house in the winter, with friendly and kind professional housemates — two female occupants currently.
