🗝️ THE HOUSE:

4 bedroom house (plus two studies upstairs)
The room available – double room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair
Shared bathroom (two bathrooms in the house – one upstairs, one downstairs, which the companion is welcome to use)
There is a separate study available for desk work or WFH if you need this
There are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bath with overhead shower
WIFI included
Parking available for a small car, plus bicycle storage
Garden
Cleaner for communal rooms
There are no pets at the home – this isn't typically suitable for anyone with pets, though it may be negotiable

🛌 THE IDEAL COMPANION: The retired gentleman is very independent and is looking for a lodger who can assist around 10–15 hours a week, mainly in the evenings, help cooking 3-4 nights a week and IT, and a bit of gardening. This will suit someone working from home or someone working from their office. The gentleman is a retired professor with broad interests including politics, science, international affairs, and natural history – he enjoys Radio 3 concerts, reading the news, puzzles, and games like go, scrabble and bridge, as well as gardening, walking, and going to concerts or plays.

✔️ ALL BILLS INCLUDED: £355 per month (all rent, bills and Share My Home subscription are included in this amount). There are no other costs. Please note this is an ongoing subscription which ends when you move out.
