Double room to rent near Old Road Campus

The previous housemate has moved out so we are looking for a new tenant to takeover this lovely place. The room comes with a double bed, with a closet, a sink and a table.

Current household is two 2nd year DPhil students, we are both working in labs and we are both quiet and do not have any pets.

There are three rooms in the flat, and we shared one bathroom. There is no living room, but the kitchen does come with dining space. Please feel free to contact us for a viewing or video call and we are happy to talk about more details of the house.

Rent does not include bills, while electricity and gas varies a lot throughout the year, wifi and water are fixed at £11.30 and £22 per person per month.

The building I work in has poor connections, so please email us at if I did not reply. Please note, as we are both students we do not pay council tax and are unaware of the amount to be paid.
