Cosy room in friendly central Oxford house

Hello! We are looking for someone to join our friendly house of 5 in the centre of Oxford.

The room will become available from 8th August with the current lease ending on 8th September. We would ideally like someone to stay longer and sign on for the following year with us.

The room itself has a double bed, a sizeable built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelves and a cosy reading nook. The house has one main bathroom with a large shower, and a further toilet and separate shower. The garden is south facing and has a rack for secure bike storage.

We are very centrally located, within a 1 minute walk from Sainsbury's Westgate and as well as two gyms. We are also very close to many of the city centre bus stops and within 10 minutes’ walk of the train station.

The current housemates are 4 women in our mid-twenties working and studying in Oxford. Our interests include rugby, community gardening, running, bouldering, reading and pub quizzing!

Rent is £670 pcm excluding bills which come to £100-120 each month.
